User Terms of Use — SalesOS

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of the SalesOS platform by individuals ("Users"), including salespeople, brokers and award beneficiaries. By using the platform, you declare having read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. What Is SalesOS
SalesOS is a digital platform that combines sales management, gamification and payments for sales teams. Developed and operated by Play2sell S.A. ("Play2sell"), the platform enables companies to engage, manage and reward their salespeople.
Your access to SalesOS is granted by the company for which you work or which you represent ("Contracting Company" or "Tenant"). The features available to you depend on the modules contracted by your Company.
SalesOS offers up to three modules:
- Gamification: quizzes, missions, rankings, badges and PlayCoins
- Payments: cash prizes, commission splits and digital account
- CRM: lead management, pipelines and automatic opportunity distribution
2. Registration and Account
To use SalesOS, you will need to provide personal data such as name, email, phone and CPF. For opening a digital account (Payments module), additional data may be requested as required by the banking partner.
- Your access credentials (login and password) are personal and non-transferable
- Each person must have a single account — account sharing is prohibited
- You are responsible for keeping your registration data current
- You are responsible for all activities carried out with your account
- Immediately notify Play2sell in the event of unauthorized use of your account
3. Usage Rules
By using SalesOS, you agree to:
- Use the platform ethically and in accordance with your Contracting Company's guidelines
- Enter only lawful and truthful content
- Respect other users and refrain from harassment, discrimination or offensive conduct
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Frauding quizzes, missions or any scoring mechanic
- Manipulating rankings or results by unlawful means
- Using bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Sharing quiz answers or strategies that compromise the integrity of competitions
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas or features
Play2sell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these rules, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
4. Gamification and PlayCoins
Applicable to those using the gamification module.
Scoring in SalesOS is based on your activities within the platform: participation in quizzes, completion of missions, sales registration and other actions defined by your Contracting Company.
About PlayCoins:
- PlayCoins are a virtual currency accruable based on your performance
- PlayCoins have no monetary value and are not convertible into cash
- PlayCoins expire after 6 (six) months without redemption
- Redemption can be done via the product catalog (PlayClub) or, when available, via cash prize (as per your Company's campaign)
Play2sell may adjust scoring rules, gamification mechanics and the rewards catalog with 15 (fifteen) days' prior notice via in-app notification.
5. Digital Account and Receipt of Funds
Applicable to those receiving awards or commissions via SalesOS.
5.1 Digital account
- SalesOS offers an integrated digital account, operated by a BaaS (Banking as a Service) partner regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil
- The award and commission amounts are defined and funded exclusively by your Contracting Company — Play2sell is not responsible for the amounts
- Funds are made available within up to 48 (forty-eight) business hours after the effective credit by the Company
5.2 Transfers
- PIX via SalesOS account: unlimited and free of charge
- TED to external bank account: fee per current schedule
5.3 Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for transactions carried out with your digital account
- Using the digital account for purposes other than awards and commissions is prohibited
- Registering third-party bank accounts for receipt is prohibited
- Immediately notify Play2sell in the event of theft, loss of access or unrecognized transactions
- Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended
5.4 Fraud prevention
Play2sell may temporarily block your account in the event of suspected fraud, with immediate notification and resolution within up to 48 (forty-eight) hours.
5.5 Tax obligations
Play2sell is not responsible for tax or labor charges levied on awards and commissions received. Consult your Contracting Company and/or accountant regarding any tax obligations.
6. Personal Data and Privacy
6.1 Data we collect
- Identification data: name, email, phone, CPF
- Usage data: features accessed, actions taken, scores, rankings
- Location data: geolocation for check-in (when enabled)
- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system
- Financial data: shared with banking partner (if digital account is active)
6.2 Purpose of processing
Your data is used for: service delivery, gamification, awards, user support and platform improvement.
6.3 Your rights
Under the LGPD (Law no. 13.709/2018), you have the right to access, rectify and request the deletion of your personal data, among other rights. To exercise them, use the options available in the application or contact our support.

7. Intellectual Property
The application, content, design, brand and all the technology underlying SalesOS are the exclusive property of Play2sell S.A., protected by Brazilian copyright and industrial property legislation.
- Copying, distributing, modifying or reverse engineering the application or any of its components is prohibited
- Reproducing platform content without express authorization is prohibited
8. Limitation of Liability
Play2sell:
- Does not guarantee commercial results arising from use of the platform
- Is not responsible for decisions by your Contracting Company regarding awards, commissions or campaign rules
- Is not responsible for unavailability of third-party services (internet, financial institutions, cloud providers)
- Is not responsible for transactions carried out in your digital account prior to notification of fraud, theft or loss of access
- Is not responsible for content entered by other users or by your Contracting Company
9. General Provisions
9.1 Amendments to the Terms
Play2sell may update these Terms at any time, with 15 (fifteen) days' prior notice via in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
9.2 Termination of access
Your access to SalesOS is linked to your relationship with your Contracting Company. If that relationship ends, your access may be deactivated by the Company. Funds in a digital account will remain available for withdrawal in accordance with the banking partner's rules.
9.3 Jurisdiction
The courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
9.4 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
